The Great Outdoors Challenge across Scotland (290km long and climbing nearly the height of Everest) will be tough on my dodgy knees, but it is for a very good cause; there are many in the extended RAF Family who need our help, and every pound raised goes to those who deserve our support.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund will receive your money quickly and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
