Some of you maybe aware that I am currently suffering from severe paralysis in my leg and foot due to a severe disc condition including various stays in Hospital - I am awaiting further spinal surgery, but for anyone who knows me - I WILL complete and achieve this for many reasons, not just personal.

I have choose HEMS for my main sponsorship for the amazing work they do and my personal and professional relationship with them - You are a top team Guys!!

I am running (loose term!) in memory of Claire Squires - All I can say is that you had the best care possible - We fought for your life - R.I.P.

I will be also collecting as I stagger (now the true sense of how I will complete this course!) around the route and for any cash donations for Reece Clarke - An amazing young PC who is recovering from the most horrific accident at work and is a personal friend's colleague - Keep strong Reece x

Lastly thank you to the people who have recently been to my aid with flashing blue lights and sirens (some benefits to working in the NHS!!) especially Cup Cake (Jenny) Stu (Lee's Crewmate) Precious (Andy P) Kim (Rita) and of course my gorgeous partner Lee - You have all seen me at my worse - Not a pretty sight and as painful for you each to see me that way and ease my pain - I am so grateful for everything you done - Thank you x

My family, friends, old and new have constantly been there - You all know who you are and without your constant contact, text's, calls and fb messages I wouldn't have been as strong as I am - You are all totally amazing and I thank you - Much love to you all x x
