I am running in Run to the Beat on Sunday 5th October and am hoping to raise as much money as I can for Moorfields Eye Hospital's Chilren's Centre.  I have been a patient of the hospital for over 30 years and without the plastic surgery operations I have had I would not be the person I am today.  I have been given the confidence to achieve the goals I have set myself and now it is my turn to give something back.  Sight is something we all take for grant and until it's gone you don't realise how valuable it is.  For a child who is having sight problems it can be a very traumatic time, so please support this charity by giving as much as you can, every little bit counts.
