This is my first stab at triathlons so i know it's gonna hurt!  To help ease the pain i am fundraising for the people i serve, we all have times when  life doesnt quite go as we planned, and often through no fault of our own. It's during those times that we are thankful for any help we can get, whether emotional, physical or practical, and at times we need people that will go that extra mile to help us get through that difficult time.  The YMCA mission is to do just that, to journey with others through the good and the bad, i am blessed to work with some incredible people,  who have unfotunately found themselves homeless and are battling to put their broken lives back together.  Financial support will help us provide and fund programme to raise confidence, build motivation, help people rediscover purpose and hope, as well as provide opportunities that otherwise would not be possible.  All i'm asking is a pound from everyone i know to help us do this.
