The Great Scottish Run is a half-marathon with takes place annually in Glasgow. 2004 sees the 23rd running of the race - which began in 1982, since which over 260,000 runners have participated, raising over £28 million for charitable causes. For more details visit: http://www.run.glasgow.gov.uk
