Well for all of you who know me well, call me mad but I'm off again. Not happy with trekking the Himalayas last year and trekking a beautiful mountain in Venezuela in January this year.  I thought it was time I got back on my bike and do a 7 day cycle round Vietnam.

To date by the time my lovely friends have helped me raise enough money to complete my cycle across Vietnam, I would of raised £12,000 for Scope. Scope is an amazing charity helping adults and children alike suffering from Cerebral Palsy. 

I have a huge circle of friends who help me in all sorts of different ways to raise my money. Some give me their valuable time and some their hard earned cash, but in every way I appreciate the help and support I'm given because if it wasn't for you guys I couldn't do it. Oh and I couldn't bore you with my stories or photos when I get back, could I??

Any amount you could sponsor me would be a great help, so can I please ask you to dig deep for an amazing charity.  Oh and by the way I'm off to cycle Russia next year and trek the Grand Canyon, so watch this space!!!
