I'm hoping to raise a £1000 for the Aryshire Hospice, by doing the Henley-on-Thames Sprint Triathlon (400m swim  /  25km cycle  /  5km run) on June 21st this year.

Having recently had a friend, Anthony Row, pass away in December. I witnessed first hand the superb care and attention that the Ayrshire Hospice provides & this is my way of saying thank you to everyone involved with the organisation, as they provide an invaluable service to the community.
