Revd Fred Olney and I will be cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats (not the uphill route as some have suggested but, hopefully, with the prevailing wind behind us!).  Lots of people have asked us about sponsorship, so always keen that others should benefit from our aches and pains, we've decided on our charities and I really hope that you will support Coram for the wonderful work they do with children and families that is so much needed.

JULY UPDATE - we finished the ride successfully on 22 July after 23 days and 1140 miles!  None the worse for the experience, we're now getting back to normal and want to thank everyone who has already sponsored us and supported us on the way.  If you're not a sponsor yet, there's still time!
