About my charity : Muir Maxwell Trust Muir Maxwell Trust
The Muir Maxwell Trust is the UK's only charity dedicated to pediatric epilepsy. The Trust’s remit is to provide practical support to children and their families coping with severe epilepsy and to increase awareness and understanding of epilepsy and help remove the stigma associated with the condition.

My personal message:

In June, twelve 13 year old boys will be walking from one side of the Lake District to the other. Over the three days, they will ascend the two highest mountains in England and will walk over 40 miles. They will be carrying heavy rucksacks with all their provisions for 3 days including tents.

Alongside them, puffing slightly, will be twelve parents, including myself,  and we are all endeavouring to raise as much money as possible for the Muir Maxwell Trust, while enjoying the challenge in the staggeringly beautiful scenery of the Lake District.
