I have a 4 year old son called Leo who has Autism. He has been going to PARC for about a year now. They are absolutely fantastic! PARC helps hundreds of families and children across Essex who have special needs. I believe there are about eleven or so of us running the London Marathon this year for PARC. I would also like to say a big thanks to my running buddies out there who are so supportive when i make them do a long run with me! Especially the ones with hangovers!

Ran the Brentwood Half Marathon today with Sue. Great morning. Lovely weather. 1hr 58mins. Couldn't have done it without Sue who also raised money for PARC today!!! sue raised £55.00-thanks
