Im running 4 Marathons in 2013 (2 are 1 week apart).  Why you may ask!  In memory of a very brave, courageous and beautiful little girl from our local school called Amy Watson-Wright.  Amy very sadly passed away last year aged just 10 years of age.  "When you wish upon a Star" granted wishes for Amy - one of which was to be a fairy for the day.  Amy had a lovely day and could focus on something other than treatments and hospital visits.  Amy was an inspiration to all that knew her.

Amy was with me on one of my training runs when I was struggling on a 20 miler - she was telling me to keep going - Amy definately got me round that day and I kept thinking whatever pain I was going through was nothing compared to what Amy and her family went through and Amys family still go through every day - life is so unfair at times.

Please make a difference and give what you can afford to this wonderful charity that creates magical memories for children and their families.
