I am sure most will be shocked and surprised to hear I am running a half marathon but I have been training hard (well quite hard) and am doing it for a really great charity.  InterCare collect unused UK NHS prescription medicines, which our own stringent laws prevent the re-distribution of within the UK, and send them to remote rural clinics in Cameroon, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Sierra Leone and Ghana.  So please sponsor me and help support the 2.5 million people InterCare provide medication to who would not otherwise have access to or be able to afford the basic medicines we all take for granted.
