On Sunday 26th April 2009, I will be running in the London Marathon to raise money for The Basingstoke and Alton Cardiac Rehabilitation Centre.  It is a much valued centre offering exercise classes, education, support and social activities to cardiac rehabilitation patients.  It is supported by a dedicated team of exercise and medical professionals, clerical personnel and volunteers.
