As most of you will know I am setting off to Madagascar in September, I will volunteer my time there for three months to help in the rehab of Polio and Leprosy patients. As part of my time there I have also agreed to help raise £1500 in a sponsored cycle ride.
10 days cycling (between 25 -64 km per day) and visiting some of the centres LEPRA help to fund. All flights and living costs are paid by the cyclists so any money you can donate will go directly to LEPRA's work there.

Madagascar still lists as the 8th poorest country and has a crazily rate of Leprosy / HIV and TB. With 20% of new Leprosy cases being diagnosed in children. 

If you are able to sponsor me, it would be great if you could sign up prior to the end of August and then I will know how much of £1500 I still have to find.
