and yes I really am going to cycle from "Lands End to John O'Groats"!! Training is underway,  will be cycling just under 1000 miles (gulp!!) over twelve consecutive days.. approx 90 miles each day. I keep reading the itinery and really scaring myself, but I am going to do this!!

Your support is really really really appreciated and somehow compensates for the fact that I have had to break a promise of a life time...........that I would never be seen dead in Lycra....???
