As some of you may, or may not know I am intending to run the London Marathon on the 13th April.  I intend for this to be my first and last marathon.  As an added incentive I plan to raise as much money as I can.  I have a friend who is currently bravely fighting this disease,and most of us will know someone who has been in some way affected by it.
