My story

Hiya

After years of thinking about it, I have finally got my act together and am going to run the London Marathon. I guess you can only put things off for so long.

So why do I want to do this crazy thing? Well, it started when I was 13 and saw a television programme about marathon running. I was inspired by the madness of it, the way people pushed their bodies beyond their normal levels of physical endurance and stamina. I have wanted to run the London Marathon ever since.

Until now I have never been in the right physical shape to even consider it. But I feel I am now, so here goes....

All I need is loads of lovely people like you to sponsor me. FOC is a fantastic charity and I would like to raise as much money as I can.
