I am raising money for the Meningitis Trust in memory of Mikey , who sadly died at the prime of his adult life from the condition.

I am writing a "Bridget Jones" type diary about my escapades as I train for The Great North Run. The book will be called "From Couch Potato to half marathon (in six months) and if it comes off i will be selling it, with a percentage of profits going to The Meningitis Trust - so watch this space.
