Story

Thanks for visiting the donation page for The July 2011 PawPawty, for Medical Detection Dogs. They are a great organisation who train dogs to help people with life threatening health conditions giving them greater independence and above all saving lives on a daily basis.

 

I know that all of you are a great help to your hoomans mai pals so I am really pleased that this month we will be helping to support these extra special doggies who help save lives.

 

I hope you can join us at the PawPawty on twitter this weekend, from 7pm UK time on the 23rd to 7pm UK time on the 24th. There will be anipals from all over the world helping with this fun event. So a great chance to connect with some new twitter pals and do some good at the same time.

 

The theme for this month's PawPawty is 60's Beach Pawty so I hope to see lots of you in your swimming costumes and maybe even a surf board two?

Medical Detection Dogs trains dogs to detect the odour of disease. Our research includes cancer, Parkinson's and other diseases and could save millions of lives by improving diagnostics. We already help people manage complex, life-threatening medical conditions by training Medical Alert Dogs.
