So what on earth am I doing  jumping out of a small plane at 10,000 feet, strapped to someone else and hoping a parachute will open to stop me hitting the ground when i don't even like heights?

An amazing group of people have been making a difference to individuals who have problems with drugs and also supporting their families at The Junction in Cromer.
