We did it!! The jumps all went well; all parachutes opened as they should and everybody landed without any breakages or sprains! We want to say a huge thank you to everybody who sponsored us or to those of you that were there to watch us and cheer us on.
It was a difficult day but I'm sure that remembering the good times, raising so much money and honouring his memory in the way that we did is something that he would be proud of.
Thank you to everyone who was part of it. x

Saturday 13th June will mark the first anniversary since we lost Richard to Bowel Cancer, aged just 29. Richard was the sort of person that always lived his life to the full, even before he found out that his time with us was limited. I remember him saying to me once that if something scares you then chances are its worth doing. So with that in mind we wanted to honour his memory by doing something crazy, something that scares us and something that we know he would approve of........
So, on 13.06.09 Richard's twin sisters, Liz and Sarah, and their friend Alexis Scott, will be doing a tandem skydive!!
We have decided to pay for the jump ourselves, that way every single penny we raise will go to The Bobby Moore Fund, in association with Cancer Research UK, which was Richard's chosen charity. He raised alot of money for them when he was alive and also donated all of the proceeds of his estate to them. Raising money to aid research into the disease was something that was very close to his heart for obvious reasons, and although it was too late to save him he was keen for us to continue to raise money in his memory so we can "stop someone else having to go through this sh*t".
We will be going for a drink afterwards to not only celebrate the jump, but to raise a glass to the brother, son and friend that we all miss each and every day. Richard was truly one in a million and anybody that knew him was as lucky as we were to have had him as a part of your life.
Thank you for your support, it means alot to us and we are definitely going to need it!
Liz, Sarah and Alexis xxx
