On Saturday May 14th, i'll be abseiling 500ft down Guys Hospital to raise money for St Mungos homeless charity. I am not an 'endurance' kinda gal, so this is unlike anything i've ever done before and i'm excited and terrified in equal measure. Please please sponsor me.

For more information on the great work St Mungos do, visit www.mungos.org.

Thank you!
