I'm doing a sponsored walk of 5 miles in Rothamsted Park Harpenden on 2nd August in memory of my friend Christine who died of bone cancer last August.  She had only just become a grandmother twice over in July when she was diagnosed and had to tell her two daughters that she had not long to live. She was 62 and spent the last few week's of her life in St Francis Hospice.
