For ten days in June, I am abandoning my rather sedentary, office-based life (and missing England's World Cup campaign) to trudge through the Sangklaburi jungle in Thailand, along the River Kwai. I'll be battling mosquitoes, heat and my own lack of fitness to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
