Story

Hello. How are you?

Thank you ever so much for visiting this page. Let me tell you what's going on.

On the 11th of November i'm taking part in the 'Men's Health: Survival of the Fittest Challenge' in London. I'm told, it's a 10km run broken up by a brutal assault course. Yes, i might be an idiot.

Why do this? Good question.

Whimsy i guess, and in the hope that i might be able to raise a little cash for an organisation close to my heart. I'm sure most people know what Macmillan do, but if not take a gander at their website.

They are a truly special bunch of people.

I'm doing this challenge with a group of tremendous reprobates. You can follow our training blog here. I can only hope it will suitable for work.

I've already asked far to much of you with the reading of this page, but if you can spare anything towards this challenge, you'd make me the happiest guy in the world.

Ash xx
