Please, don't ask me what happened ,but somehow???I've been ropped in to a coast 2 coast cycle ride ! From Whitehaven to Sunderland via Keswick ,Penrith & the Pennines(also the appleby travellers fair !!!!!!!wot!!!!!!)    150 miles of pure pleasure?!;)

My motivating factor being Alder Hey Hospital ,where,so many people do such inspiring work .
