In October 2009 I will be heading to for a wee holiday but whilst I’m there I’ve decided that the perfect way to relax is to complete a 13km hike up and down.  I will be doing this in an attempt to raise £600 for Epilepsy Research .

Epilepsy Research is a charity which supports and promotes basic and clinical scientific research into the causes, treatments and prevention of epilepsy. They are especially looking at what causes epilepsy, who gets it, what goes on in the brain during a seizure, and safer drugs and better surgical techniques to treat it.
