My personal message:

4 hours 10 minutes !!! I didn't stop once, not even for a pee.

Well I am glad that is over, i won't be doing another one! A Stress Fracture in my left leg has seen to that

BUT STILL A CHANCE TO SPONSOR ME....

Over 1 billion people in the world are without safe water. Fact! Lets change that please.  I went to Uganda again this January and saw first hand the difference a bore hole and water tank made at Kampala Childrens Centre and it cost such a small amount to do this.

Following 6 months of training, loads of pain, loads of physio, £1500 of my money spent on training, gear, gadgets and physio I have done it!!!.

it is better to give than to receive.

Please sponsor me per mile if you can (call it 26 miles) that way every mile of pain i suffered will have made a difference

£0.50 a mile is £13

£1 a mile is £26, £2 a mile is £52, £3 a mile £78,

£4 a mile £104, £5 a mile £130, £10 a mile £260
