Friday the 16th April 2010 may not mean anything to you, but for me at the age of 37, I suffered a Myodardal Infarction (Acute Heart Attack).

Having never smoked, maintained reasonable fitness & led a moderate social life I would never have believed this would happen to me, but it did!!!!!

I received tremendous support & care, not only from Doctors, Nursing Staff & their Teams but also from Family & Friends, & not least the tremendous support from my employer, Midas Construction Ltd.

Midas are not only supporting my return to work, but are also backing my endeavor to trek to Everest Base Camp n aid of the British Heart Foundation in March of 2011.

With Midas funding , assistance & committed support I have been able to start the ball rolling to acheve this goal. However, this is the first step of many, so I am looking to yourelves for additional support and/or sponsorship to enable me to achieve the necessary funding required. My ultimate goal is to raise as much money as possible for the British Heart Foundation.
