As I'm sure many of you know, my wife Dawn was treated for breast cancer in 2006/7. Since Dawn was able to make it through a marathon course of surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy it seems fitting that I run a marathon to try and raise some funds for Breast Cancer Care - one of the charities that we both relied on heavily during Dawn's treatment.
So, on Sunday 26 April, I'll be running the 26.2 miles of the world-famous London Marathon, with all proceeds going to Breast Cancer Care.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Breast Cancer Care gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
