Come October 1st, I will be hopping on my bike to complete the 45 mile bike ride from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle. Being fairly inexperienced on a bike, this should be an interesting one! But it is all in the name of a great cause: The Prince's Trust - a youth charity helping disadvantaged individuals get back into the likes of work, education and training. 

It should be a fun one, so please dig deep and donate all you can to help to those in need be exposed to life-changing opportunities.
