Thanks for visiting our fundraising page......With a drummer at the head of the boat keeping the beat the rest of us will attempt to make a good time rowing across the water whilst wearing fancy dress! With three races we hope to get a good time to make the final!
All this is to raise money for Hearing Dogs for the Deaf. Sadly they were let down last year when the team cancelled and when I saw all the good work they did promptly offered to get a team together for 2009. This is a great charity that not only helps deaf people but also get most of the dogs from rescue centres.

One of our team members who shall remain nameless said that she would be delighted to raise money for the deaf dogs....of course she was corrected and told that is was the people that were deaf NOT the dogs! Tee hee!
