UPDATE 2013.

Wow - I can't believe that it is 6 years since we first set up this Just Giving page - just 3 months after Jack was diagnosed with Leukaemia. 6 years on and he is nearly 11 years old and nearly as tall as me!

I wish we could report that in that 6 years a cure has been found for Blood Cancer but sadly it hasn't and every day someone's life is turned upside down when they or a loved one receive a diagnosis of Blood Cancer.

We will not stop until a cure is found.

UPDATE September 2010

After just over 3 years and 3 months Jack has finally come out the other side of his treatment for Leukaemia. He is doing really well and hopes to get the all clear in just two years.

Thank you to all that have helped but don't stop as there are many more deserving children and adults that could benefit from your donations just as Jack has.

Jack is now two years into his treatment - with another year still to go. He has been treated by a fantastic team of Doctors and Nurses at Addenbrookes and continues to bravely fight  this horrible illness. He  is an inspiration to everyone that meets him. Without Leukaemia Research and the generosity of so many people Jack would almost certainly not be here today.

Jack is receiving the best possible treatment and care and no amount of money will change that, so we are running, cycling and doing any thing we can to raise £50,000 for Leukaemia Research for so that you and your family don't have to go through what Jack and 24500 other children and adults do every year.
