I never intended to run the Bristol 10k for charity; it was just going to be for 'fun'.  But then my mate Phil died suddenly on 29th March 2009, and it got me thinking.  If I can raise a few quid for the Bath Cats and Dogs Home in May, I'm sure he'd be happy.  And so would his dog, Kanu.
