Story

So, this is the part where we convince you to part with your monies...

Take one dude with an unhealthy passion for motors (Ash Winston - http://www.palmdale.co.uk/), a back street mechanic who is quite possibly the coolest dude on planet earth (Raj Anwar) and a lady mechanic in the making (Nisha Din). Throw in a mutual love for music and doing good deeds and I give you...The Karaoke Kings.

We'll be driving to Krakow for the Ramshackle Banger Rally (http://www.ramshacklerally.com/) with an in-car karaoke system (a big apology in advance to the good people of Krakow). We'll also be dressed up as Elvis, Amy Winehouse and the like (Why?...why not!)

But, I hear you ask, why are you doing this rally?!

1) for the fun/love of driving
2) coz it'll be the weekend and it's something to do (we're leaving 06.08.09)
3) To raise money for GOSH (http://http://www.gosh.org/donate/dm-landing-pages/special-1/)- a charity close to Ash's heart.

So, we need your help! The JustGiving page is the most direct way of donating/sponsoring us. We'll be collecting during the rally ("50p to sing a karaoke classic with our AMAZING in-car system, anyone?... they will when they're drunk!) and also be collecting directly after the rally.

I know we're in the middle of a recession and everyone's hard up, BUT GOSH can't carry out the amazing work they do without donations, and literally, every penny counts, so, please donate as much as you can!

Big Thank You and Love to you all!

Nisha Din- on behalf of the Karaoke Kings. xxx
