Hi I'm Karen Randell 37, mother of 3 and an army wife

I shall be competting in puma Hell runner on 27th Nov 2010

For THE RIFLES "CARE FOR CASUALTIES" This is an event not for the faint hearted. Its multi-terrain with everything from water filled diches to very steep hills with plenty of mud.

My Husband Dennis is currently serving with the 1st Rifles and has seen action in Bosnia, Iraq, and in 2009 Afghanistan.

Dennis will once again be deployed to Afghanistan next March 2011.

The Rifles have suffered great losses over the last few years, 59 killed in action with over 290 seriously wounded many from IEDs.

Please help our many soliders and their families recover.
