 Let me start by saying ....... YEAH I KNOW .... I'M MAD!!

 This is my fifth year for the Great North Run and my second year for both the Leeds Half Marathon and Total Warrior!! .... again I am fundraising for MHA (Methodist Homes for the Aged) who work with older, vulnerable people - a lot of whom suffer with dementia.
