Previous years of doing the 10k  have resulted in us donating to Cancer Research, but last year while we were at T in the park for the weekend, the sudden death of a great guy due to Heart problems made Pauline and i appreciate our lives more, and we are determined to raise as much as possible for the British Heart foundation in memory of Derek Boyle he would be thrilled to know so much has been raised and im sure will be looking down on us on the day wishing us well  so come on every penny counts it's for such a good cause!
