Dear Family and Friends, Well after all the training, blood, sweat and tears, its over and we did it! The event was fantastic; 280 competitors, one large muddy, windy lake, some quiet (hilly) country lanes and an undulating grassy lakeside run. As you can see, the support that you have given has been tremendous. We have exceeded our fundraising target and have been truley bowled over by your generousity. So a massive thank you to everyone, its been an amazing event to particiate in and you have all made it completely worthwhile. We're hooked and even though muscles are aching, backs are sore and we've just begun to thaw out, we are already planning our next tri event - look out london 2012! Best wishes, Karen & Michelle
