Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We did our last long run on 11 April and managed a slow but fairly comfortable 18 miles.  We have tapered our mileage down over the last couple of weeks and did our last 2 mile run last night.  Really excited now but the butterflies are growing!

We are running for ICAN, the children's communication charity.  ICAN are the only UK charity to focus on improving children's communication skills - the basis for learning, achievement and relationships.  ICAN work with all children, with a special focus on children with special speech, language and communication needs.
