Hi Guys,

I imagine you have all heard of Help for Heroes (H4H) by now - it really is a worthy cause. Having done a short charity cycle ride for SSAFA earlier this year, I thought I would try to help by completing the H4H Big Battlefield Bike Ride in France, starting on 6 May 2008.

As you can see, at 340 miles in total, covering almost 60 miles a day for 6 days across the battlefields of France , it's going to be really quite a tough challenge - I know I can do it, but only with your help!.

Gavin and Mum and Dad are going to be looking after the kids for the 6 days of the ride and I do hope that some of you might be able to cheer me on along the route!

Please, please help the plucky old bird raise her £2000 target!
