I deceided to join in this fund raising event as my friends, Jill and Heidi did the midnight walk last year and really enjoyed it.  Jill lost her beloved Dad to cancer and I have lost a close friend and neighbour.  My own Dad has had cancer too, luckily he is ok but it makes you realise what a dreadful disease it is and what good work the nurses and staff at St Luke's hospice do.

I only hope I can complete this walk, I will have to train!! The funny part is my walking number is 666!! (no comments please!)
