As you probably know, I've just taken part in Paul McKenna's weight loss seminar which will be shown on Richard and Judy some day this week.
Apparently, Paul has now re-conditioned my brain so I eat less food that's bad for me, stop snacking and only eat when i'm hungry. Hopefully this means I'll stop stuffing my face with cake and chocolate all the time!
To make the most of my 15 minutes of fame, I'm going to try and raise some cash for ChildLine as part of Dare to Detox! My aim is to lose a stone & a half by March 2005, which considering i'm starting just before Christmas is going to be pretty tough going.
So please sponsor me! It will really motivate me a lot more if there are people out there supporting me and I'll be less inclined to sneak the odd Snickers while no-one's looking! But more importantly - every £38 we raise will cover the cost of ChildLine counselling a child.

N.B. For those of you who are worried about me losing weight - Let me assure you that I'll be doing it healthily and responsibly. I'm doing this for medical reasons and to be fitter and healthier all round!
