In June 2007 my Dad, (a then very fit 70 year old who danced three times a week) had a major heart attack. He was rushed to the London Chest Hosptial where they first saved his life, then five days later prolonged his life performing a double bypass. The care he received was outstanding and the staff were amazing.

In this my fortieth year what better way of saying thank you than to run the London Marathon and raise much needed funds for the London Chest Hospital. Any donation no matter how small would be much appreciated
