For the past few years, as a family we have been particpating in the Junior Bike Ride and the Capital to Coast Bike Ride in aid of the Norwood charity. This year, Alex has decided to move up to the full 60 miles from London to Brighton with his uncle Kev, while I will be cycling with Sam from East Grinstead to Brighton for a still very demanding 35 mile ride for an 11 year old.
