Yello  everyone,

Thanks for visiting my page. I have just been confirmed as a participant on the summer hike4life. For those of you that know me well know that I have never done anything like this before, so yes I am nervous.

The challenge itself consists of a 9 day hike through the mountains of Kyrgyzstan hiking for 8-9 hours a day, we will be camping in tents during most of the trip. That’s right no TV!!!!!
