I'm still not really sure why I'm actually doing this, or how I'm going to get around the full 13.1 miles .... (perhaps I will resort to crawling the last section!!) .... however I am doing it and going to damn well complete it...... or die trying!!

This is the kickstart to the latest diet..... so even if you don't like my charity (heartless beggers!) you could still fluff my ego and ..... do it for me! (All kind offers of piggy backs will be also be gratefully received)

So here goes..... please dig deep - or at least chuck in some pennies! The cause is a good one .... and it means I have to wear a yellow t-shirt..... I mean seriously, me in yellow!! NOOOOOOOO! Actually at present the T-shirt doesn't even fit me! It's waaaaaay too tight ..... so hopefully my training will assist in getting this thing around my torso by race day.... watch this space for running pictures in ill fitting tight t-shirt if not and it won't be pretty!!
