Over the weekend of the 22nd-23rd September I will be joining my friends at Lady Eleanor Holles and Hampton School rowing squads along with several of their parents to row down the Thames, from Ridley near Oxford to the Millennium Boathouse in Hampton. The course we are covering is 80 miles long and will take place over 2 days. I am taking part in this sponsored row in order to raise money for Shooting Star Chase which is a charity that cares for babies and young people suffering from life-limiting conditions and illnesses. Our aim is to raise enough money to pay for a nurse for an entire year and any donation would mean a great deal as this is an exceptionally worthy cause and your money will impact the lives of so many young people.
