I am running LM'09 to celebrate losing almost 1/3 of my bodyweight over last year. To keep myself fit and slim, I set myself a goal of running marathon in less than 4 hours time. To acheive the goal I would need all the motivation possible to train hard over next 6 weeks. As I am running for charity, lots of donations should keep me working hard. Please give generously.
