We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer

Story

http://cancercanfuckoff.blogspot.com

As many of you will know, I was diagnosed with breast cancer in January this year. I'm currently undergoing chemotherapy and will have my surgery on 10 July. It's been a tough old slog but the journey has been made all the easier by the fantastic support of my boyfriend - the wonderful Mr P. - and our brilliant friends.

Fortunately, I'm also responding really well to the chemotherapy treatment - treatment that just wouldn't be available were it not for the amazing skills and know-how of independent charities like Cancer Research UK.

So that's why my friends and I are doing this 5km walk around the grounds of Syon Park. I know it doesn't sound far - but it's all I can manage at the moment! We've all donated to take part, so we're not looking for sponsorship per se, but if you wanted to make a donation to the charity - however small - it really would be gratefully received.

Thank you! Team Martin x
